陕西宝光真空电器股份有限公司（以下简称“宝光股份”），注册资本3.3亿元，于2002年1月在上海证券交易所上市（股票代码：600379）。

Shaanxi Baoguang Vacuum Electric Device Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as Baoguang), with registered capital RMB 330 million, was listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange in January, 2002 (stock code: 600379).

“宝光”牌系列产品包括真空灭弧室、固封极柱、电真空陶瓷、太阳能集热管、氢能源、储能、以操动机构为核心的电气配套产品等，其主营真空灭弧室参数覆盖范围广，技术先进，品质卓越。公司积极践行“一带一路”战略，产品远销40多个国家及地区，产品出口额连续保持快速增长。

"Baoguang" brand series products include vacuum interrupter, embedded pole, electro-vacuum ceramic products, solar collector, hydrogen energy, energy storage, electrical supporting products with operating mechanisms as the core, and etc. The company main product vacuum interrupter covers a wide range of technical parameters which highlights the deep technical foundation and reliable quality of Baoguang VI. Baoguang actively implements the Belt and Road strategy, exports products to more than 40 countries and regions and keeps improving its export volume.

宝光股份已发展成为享誉国内外的真空灭弧室产销基地，市场占有率连续多年稳居行业前列。从2017年至今蝉联国家工信部授予的“制造业单项冠军示范企业”称号，“宝光牌”真空灭弧室曾荣获第五届亚太博览会金奖、国家科技进步奖特等奖1项、二等奖1项等诸多奖项，公司于2015年承接“真空电器技术国家地方联合工程研究中心”建设殊荣。2022年，公司入选工信部智能制造精准配送优秀场景名单，陕西省“智能工厂”示范企业。2023年，入选陕西省工信厅重点产业链关键核心技术产业化“揭榜挂帅”支持项目。目前，公司主营真空灭弧室年产过140万只，累计市场销量超1400万只，正利用中国智造的发展契机，继续保持纯正的技术优势和卓越非凡的核心竞争力，打造成为国际一流数字化灭弧室生产企业。

Baoguang has been a renowned brand and production base for vacuum interrupter in China and abroad, with market share dominating the top position of the industry for many years. Baoguang has been consecutively awarded as Single Champion Demonstration Enterprise in Manufacturing Industry (which means the highest honor for one single category product) by MIIT of China since 2017. "Baoguang brand" vacuum interrupter won the fifth Asia-Pacific Expo gold award, a first prize, a second prize for National Science and Technology Progress Prize and etc. Baoguang was honored as the National and Local United Engineering Research Center for Vacuum Electric Technology in 2015 and selected as an Excellent Supplier for Intelligent Manufacturing and Precise Delivery to the Customer by MIIT of China and the Demonstration Enterprise of the Intelligent Factory in Shaanxi Province in 2022. In 2023, Baoguang was selected as a key core technology industrialization project supported by the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology. At present, Baoguang main product—vacuum interrupter annual output has exceeded 1.4 million, with cumulative market sales over 14 million. Baoguang is aiming to be an international first class digital manufacturing enterprise of vacuum interrupters by taking advantage of the development opportunities of China's intelligent manufacturing and maintaining Baoguang's pure technical advantages and outstanding core competitiveness.
