MING CHANG TRAFFIC PARTS MANUFACTURING CO., LTD (Organized in 1977) January 1977, the 1st of MING CHANG plant was found in PING-TUNG city, south of TAIWAN in order to make Bicycle Chains.

Today, MING CHANG has 170 employees, 2 plants at size 16500m and 4600m, supplies not only standard roller chains but also thousand kinds of products.

• 1st plant founded in 1977 and start to manufacture Bicycle Chains
• In 1978, start to manufacture Motorcycle Chains
• In 1983, start to manufacture Standard Roller Chains
• In 1992, start to manufacture Automobile Timing Chain and BS series Roller Chains
• In 1996, ISO 9002-94 approved and start to manufacture Leaf Chain, Attachment Chains and Special Chains
• In 1997, Building project for 2nd plant was completed and began to manufacture
• In 1999, start to manufacture Stainless Steel Chains
• In 2000, start to manufacture longer life Stainless Steel Chains (MEGA CHAINS)
• In 2003, ISO 9001:2000 approved
• In 2005, MAXTOP branded introduced
