Founded in 1964, PGO entered a technological contract with Italys Piaggio from 1972 to 1982.

In October of 1996, PGO expanded its financial scope of Motive Power Industry Co., Ltd. Under the supervision of its CEO, MPI has built a complete and efficient way of operating over the years.
