The new compact coupled optical path adopted by the high-sensitivity technology enables the XT3 series to have extremely excellent precision. The advanced design ensures that the fluctuation range of the analysis results is very narrow, thereby reducing light consumption and increasing light benefits.

The distance between the X-ray tube of the 3100 series and the sample, as well as between the sample and the detector, is significantly shorter than that of the previous instrument. Therefore, the 3100 series has less light loss and better performance.
