单机布袋除尘器具有现代技术水平的小型袋收尘器,这种小型单机袋收尘器与国内其它单机相比,经济实用、结构简单紧凑、安装容易、维护方便 (内滤式),主要用于各种库顶、库底、仓顶、及各种输送设备等排放和扬尘点的收尘,在多机组合时,又可用于小型磨机、破碎机等连续工作线上作为收尘设备。该机组采用涤纶纺织布制组合袋 (PolyeSter wouen),入口温度 < 120℃,在入口浓度 100g/Nm3,出口排放浓度 < 100mg/ηm3 如有用途的地方,也可提供不锈钢制或铝制结构,耐温滤料单机袋收尘器。
单机布袋除尘器工作原理:
含尘气体由进气口进入灰斗或储灰箱,通过花板孔或直接通过花板孔三种方式进入滤袋。含尘气体透过滤袋变为净气、进入箱体,再经箱体上部排气口由风机排出,粉尘积附在滤袋的内表面,且不断增加,使袋收尘器的阻力不断上升,当阻力上升到 1500~2000Pa 时,为了使袋收尘器继续工作,需定期 滤袋上的粉尘。具体清灰时, 先关闭顶上风机,摇动电机上偏心作用,带动连杆,使摇动轴左右来回转动,滤袋就呈波纹状态,粉尘便掉下,卸出清灰状态。
待清灰完成即停止摇动后,重新启动风机使袋收尘器重新开始工作,上述动作是通过控制仪来自动控制完成的。在运行中,如发现排气口有大量粉尘溢出,即可能有破袋,需及时 换。由于箱体内是透过滤袋的干净气体,人们检查换袋时可打开检修门,直接进入室内。
The single baghouse dust collector is a small bag filter featuring modern technologies. Compared with other domestic single-unit dust collectors, this compact small bag filter delivers cost-effective performance with a simple and compact structure, easy installation and convenient maintenance (inside filtration type). It is mainly applied for dust collection at emission and dust generating points such as silo tops, silo bottoms, bin tops and various conveying equipment. When multiple units are combined, it can also serve as dust collection equipment on continuous production lines of small mills, crushers and other machinery.
The unit is equipped with filter bags made of woven polyester fabric. The allowable inlet gas temperature is below 120°C. At an inlet dust concentration of 100 g/Nm³, the outlet emission concentration is lower than 100 mg/Nm³. Upon customer request, versions with stainless steel or aluminum structures and high-temperature resistant filter media can be supplied.
Working Principle of Single Baghouse Dust Collector
Dust-laden gas enters the hopper or ash storage bin through the air inlet, and flows into filter bags via three approaches: passing through the tube sheet openings or directly entering through tube sheet openings. As the dust-laden gas permeates the filter bags, it turns into clean air which enters the cabinet and is discharged by the fan through the exhaust outlet on the upper part of the cabinet.
Dust accumulates on the inner surface of filter bags and builds up continuously, gradually increasing the resistance of the bag filter. When the resistance rises to 1500~2000 Pa, dust on filter bags needs to be removed periodically to sustain normal operation of the dust collector.
For ash cleaning: first shut down the top-mounted fan. The eccentric mechanism of the shaking motor drives the connecting rod to make the shaking shaft swing left and right, causing the filter bags to undulate in a wave pattern. Dust then falls off the filter bags to complete the ash cleaning process.
Once ash cleaning finishes and shaking stops, restart the fan to resume operation of the bag filter. All above procedures are automatically controlled by a controller. During operation, if massive dust escapes from the exhaust outlet, filter bags are likely damaged and should be replaced promptly.
Since clean air filtered by the bags fills the cabinet, operators can open the access door and enter the cabinet directly for inspection and bag replacement.
