Suppliers are currently being screened for thermal deaeration and heat exchange equipment required for a 60 MW turbine unit project. The planned procurement includes a high-pressure deaerator, an atmospheric deaerator, and a steam-water heater for demineralized condensate.

Suppliers with relevant design, manufacturing, and project delivery capabilities are invited to respond.

Model: DA-300/100

Capacity: 300 t/h

Operating pressure: 0.12 MPa

Steam-Water Heater for Demineralized Condensate

Model: PN-250-16-7-Ivm

Heated-side capacity: 300 t/h

2. Supplier Requirements

Suppliers should have the capability to design and manufacture the above equipment and are requested to provide the following information:

Relevant experience in manufacturing deaeration and heat exchange equipment for power plants;

Confirmation of manufacturing capability for equipment of this type and scale;

References for similar projects, preferably power plant projects;

Indicative delivery schedule;

Approximate price range;

Preliminary technical calculation or equipment selection proposal based on the available parameters.

3. Procurement Notes

This request is intended for preliminary supplier screening and initial price assessment.

At this stage, the main evaluation criteria are the supplier’s technical capability, manufacturing capacity, experience with similar projects, indicative delivery schedule, and preliminary price level.

Certification and permitting requirements for the Russian market will be discussed at a later stage. Complete certification documentation is not required during the current screening phase.

Once a supplier confirms its capability to undertake the required scope, the purchaser will provide the complete technical specification for detailed technical review and formal quotation.
