也门华人商会、社团和主要中资企业一览表

【中资企业机构协会】该协会于2008年6月在也门首都萨那正式成立，是由在也门投资和经营的中资企业及相关机构自发组成的非盈利性社团组织，直接接受中国驻也门使馆经商参处的工作指导，其主要宗旨是：增进会员之间的相互联系和交流;增进会员与也门当地工商界的交往和沟通;扩大中、也经贸合作，维护会员合法权益;指导和协调会员合法经营、公平竞争;代表会员对外交涉，反映会员愿望。目前会长单位是中石化也门分公司国际勘探公司。

2011年也门发生动乱后，中资机构大部分人员相继撤离，2012年也门局势相对稳定后陆续返回。也门中资企业协会于2013年2月恢复工作。
