WCL5Y (A) Explosion-Proof Diesel Engine Crawler Transporter (hereinafter referred to as the transport vehicle) is a tracked transport vehicle powered by an explosion-proof engine, which can be used in explosive gas environments. The transport vehicle adopts explosion-proof gas starting and electrical protection, with a high safety factor. When the whole machine malfunctions, the automatic protection device will automatically sound and light an alarm, and cut off the oil circuit within one minute to force the whole vehicle to stop.
1) The transport vehicle adopts a hydraulic driven track walking mode, eliminating the traditional gearbox transmission and ensuring reliable performance. It also uses a single handle to control the forward, backward, and steering of the entire vehicle, making the operation simple and accurate.
2) Adopting track walking, with a grounding pressure less than 0.15MPa, suitable for transportation in soft tunnels.
3) The overall width of the machine is small, with a space of 1400mm, suitable for narrow aisle transportation.
4) Adopting bidirectional driving effectively solves the problem of insufficient space and inconvenient turning in the tunnel.
5) The whole machine is equipped with an on-board lifting arm, with a lifting weight of 1000kg, making it easy and safe to load and unload heavy objects.
