Structural Adhesive for Steel Reinforcement Technical Profile
Features
Structural adhesive for steel reinforcement is a modified A/B two-component epoxy resin designed for high-performance bonding. It features superior shear strength (≥15 MPa steel-to-steel, ≥2.5 MPa concrete-to-steel) and exceptional aging resistance (≤10% strength loss after 2000h thermal-moisture aging). Its thixotropic property ensures non-sagging application on vertical surfaces, low-temperature curing compatibility (-5ºC), and zero VOC emissions (GB50367-2006 Class A compliant)
Advantages
- High bonding strength: Steel-to-steel tensile strength up to 33 MPa, minimal concrete failure
- Efficient construction: Ambient curing (24h initial set at 25ºC), adjustable pot life (20-60min)
- Eco-safe: 100% solid content, non-toxic (RoHS/REACH compliant);
- Seismic resilience: Ductile fracture resistance for dynamic load absorption
Applications
- Building reinforcement: Beam/column steel plate bonding, shear wall anchoring (C30-C60 concrete)
- Bridge engineering: Pipeline fixation, seismic strengthening (-50ºC~60ºC)
- Industrial equipment: Heavy machinery base anchoring, anti-vibration brackets
