Carbon Fiber Impregnation Resin Technical Profile
Features
Carbon fiber impregnation resin is a dual-component modified epoxy-based liquid adhesive, featuring low viscosity (≤7500 mPa·s) and high permeability (penetration depth ≥3mm), penetrating concrete pores to enhance adhesion. Its acid/alkali/water/oil resistance and low-temperature curing compatibility (-5ºC) outperform conventional adhesives
Advantages
- Long-term reinforcement: Improves carbon fiber-concrete bond strength (≥2.5 MPa) with 5-8 years service life;
- Flexible construction: Ambient curing (no heating required), pot life 20-40 minutes;
- Eco-safe: 100% solid content, zero VOC (GB50367-2006 compliant);
- Anti-aging: ≤10% strength loss after 90-day thermal-moisture aging
Applications
- Building reinforcement: Bridge/column carbon fiber bonding (stress transfer enhancement);
- Concrete repair: Honeycomb/filler restoration (hydraulic/transportation projects);
- Industrial corrosion protection: Dock/reservoir surface preparation;
- Low-temperature construction: -5ºC emergency bridge reinforcement
