◆一九九零年，我公司开发了XKA21系列数控龙门镗铣床和XHA21系列龙门加工中心。该系列已生产出的机床具有同类机床国际先进水平，是一种高效率，高精度，高可靠性的先进设备。
◆该系列机床总体布局是在龙门框架上配置可垂直运动的横梁即W坐标；横梁上配置溜板沿横梁前导轨作水平运动，即Y坐标；溜板配置滑枕式镗铣头，沿溜板前导轨作垂向运动，即Z坐标；工作台沿床身导轨纵向运动，即X坐标。机床可实现CNC控制多坐标联动。
◆该机床是集机，电，液先进技术于一体的基础加工设备，用于大型黑色金属(钢，高强度铸铁)和有色金属的零件粗，精加工。广泛应用于机床，工程机械，船用柴油机，汽轮机，机车车辆，电力机械，模具，矿山冶金机械，重机等各机械制造行业的复杂零件加工。根据用户不同典型零件的工艺要求，在滑枕镗铣头上配置多种附件铣头，可在工件一次装夹中完成五面的铣，镗，钻，铰，攻丝等多工序加工，以及斜面，斜孔，二维曲面，三维曲面加工，还可对零件型腔内部的孔和平面进行加工。
◆XHA21系列龙门加工中心是在XKA21系列基础上配上刀库和机械手等功能单元而构成。
